Shared Ownership is a Government supported scheme for people who cannot afford to buy a home outright in the 'open market'. It is a part-buy part rent scheme, where you can buy a share in a property, usually between 25 and 75% and pay a low rent on the remainder of the cost.  If you choose,  you can then save up to buy further shares in the property until you own 100%.

• Staircasing transactions;
• Assignments;

AmicusHorizon develops and manages housing across South London and the South East and provides quality homes for a wide range of people.  The cost of these new homes has been calculated to keep them at a level affordable for key workers and people on lower incomes.  The properties developed by AmicusHorizon are available for sale to people considered in need of affordable housing by the applicants local HomeBuy Agent.
