Shared Horizons

Shared Horizons, a department of AmicusHorizon Group, helps people into home ownership through part-buy part-rent shared ownership.  Shared Ownership is a Government supported scheme for people who cannot afford to buy a home outright in the 'open market'. It is a part-buy part rent scheme, where you can buy a share in a property, usually between 25 and 50% and pay a low rent on the remainder of the cost.
